I feel like many people are biased towards primitive ways like this, seeing them as crude and/or barbaric, mostly because they are so accustomed to modern day advancements, they’ve lost touch with the reality of starvation/survival and being without prexisting structures and tools not of their own creation

When in reality what these people are doing is extremely grounding and beneficial to their psyche. Beautiful how in touch with the earth they were born upon. Definitely eating healthier then processed packaged foods, perhaps not as sanitary. But the human body was born with antibodies and germ fighting skills for a reason. I’m sure they ain’t lacking B12, ha!
But on some serious ish, I’d rather learn how to cook with rocks leaves and sticks, then most the tutorials I watch. I’m actually embarrassed I’ve never foraged my own food in the wild. I feel weak dawg
Well actually I did live off coconuts on a remote tropical beach for 3 days once. But I was complaining a lot and starving.
