@tyemuhfukinjones We all experience our forms of depression either it be going through a emo phase, or being bummed out because your friends didn’t invite you out. Eventually it’ll come and go, depression hits you when you’re down, think positive stuff, and do things that will distract you. If you are actually holding back things talk to someone you trust, and are confident enough to hold them with a big responsibility don’t keep that shit bottles it’ll creep up on you when you least expect it.
