1 Stevia Packet/Honey(if not sweet enough)
1 1/2 cups of ice
Put them on in that order so it blends easier.
Add OJ if you want a thinner smoothie or if blending is a struggle bus.
Okay I'm glad I got this opportunity to talk about this, because it annoys the ever loving shit out of me. First all of you motherfuckers saying that eating good tastes like shit. Y'all tripping. Like for real there are so many ways of making healthy food that tastes delicious, a couple of my favorites include, soup, rice, anything with nuts and a few salads. Listen, the shit you eatin' probably contains nothing but salt and fat and if you keep on eating it your health is going to the third circle of hell. Btw eat less meat cuz the environment.
