You've got a neat premise that a niche crowd certainly can relate to. I totally get your push to rebrand as you want to be taken more seriously. I could really dive into things and would be happy to, however, for the moment I'll give you a starting point.

Website - I open it and the first thing I see is a FFXIII related vid, instantly, I place a strong emphasis on that cosplay aesthetic. The first impression is key and balancing that integration is tricky. However, consider how many labels have any sort of reference whatsoever to this background. Any mere mention of it will stand out, no need for it to hog up that critical space and set such a heavy tone. Little things here and there, whether it be imagery, videos, text, will allow for that theme to feel true without pushing that cosplay association. The Instagram account does a better job balancing things but it could be refined. A key element of the website for myself when learning about the project is the 'About Us' page. Currently, this exists (crazy how many people really underdo this page), however, it's a bit lacking. It's great you define some key elements and themes you're pushing but it does come off a bit wordy with all the adjectives in the first paragraph. The biggest issue I have with it though is the image at the bottom. Not only is it blurry, but it also lacks any sort of powerful message. To me, it tells me this brand is aware of trending styles and can execute, but isn't bringing anything new to the table. Now, I realize it's likely it's in development, however, I wanted to be sure to point it out.
